A very special vintage
Here we are at the beginning of this 2023 vintage, it is time to take stock of this year 2022 which is so special for us.

Indeed, on October 21, my father, a faithful advisor and visionary, left us, leaving us his last recommendations for the continuation of the family vineyard and its transmission. We owe him the renovation of the Marmorières vineyard as well as the wine cellar in partnership with my aunt Sabine. A great defender of La Clape, Occitanie and its economic development has left us. |

With regard to the cellar, the last phase was completed in the cellar of the casks with the renovation of the last concrete vats and the installation of 1400hl of additional stainless steel vats of small capacities (from 40hl to 120hl) allowing us to be more precise in our vinification. |

In the vineyard, restructuring continues with the planting of Grenache noir and Carignan on our La Clape crus. Our range of single grape varieties has welcomed a newcomer: Carignan! Mythical grape variety of Languedoc, it reveals a lot of finesse with notes of red fruits such as raspberry and oriental spices. |

The wines of the Commanderie de Saint Pierre la Garrigue and the Château de Marmorières once again received great rewards with medals at the competitions of Macon, Lyon, Vignerons Indépendants, Terres de vins and 3 wines rated at 90, 92 and 94 points by the Decanter Awards!
The 2022 vintage is full of promise with a lot of finesse, elegance, fruit and minerality thanks to a summer maritime cloud cover!
