Lots of salinity from start to finish; some smoky notes, very "garrigue" spices, a nice richness in the mouth, a solid texture. If the fruits (yellow) are quite discreet, a nice bitterness enhances the finish as well as a hint of anise and liquorice. A white that hesitates between the sun and freshness, two-dimensional, in a way. Whatever name you give to this sensation, I love it!

Its greedy and fresh nose, exalting the small black fruits, evolves in the mouth on the roundness and the power. The fruitiness becomes fleshy and is accompanied by spicy notes, punctuated by a warm finish.

It bursts with fresh fruit on the nose and dazzles with its depth of fresh fruit on the palate. Notes of blueberries, blackberries and plums abound. There's an underlying hint of lilac, too. The end of the mouth is tasty and persistent, with notes of cocoa and spices.
